Fueled by logic, driven by creativity and ready to attack life. That personal philosophy has become a business model for Teddy Fine, whose title of Chief Elephant Maker at Attack Life Creative signals just how unconventional his approach to branding truly is. Fine helps entrepreneurs visually express the passion they pour into their businesses through purpose-driven naming, strategic branding and transformative rebranding.
Over the past three years, Attack Life Creative grew by leaning harder into what makes it different. Fine narrowed the focus away from being viewed as just another creative agency and positioned the company as a specialized branding partner rooted in high-impact storytelling and brand identity. That clarity attracted stronger, more aligned clients and larger opportunities in a crowded market.
The results speak volumes. The company has now supported branding initiatives for more than 200 businesses across franchising, hospitality, fitness, beauty, food, retail and home services. Many of those brands went on to expand nationally or reach private equity acquisition following their rebrand. Remarkably, Fine has spent nothing on advertising or outbound marketing since inception, with every opportunity arriving organically through referrals, relationships and reputation.
His most meaningful accomplishment came when Entrepreneur Magazine selected him to design the cover of its prestigious Franchise issue. Fine became the first creative ever invited from outside the publication’s internal team to design one, and the success led to an invitation to design the following year’s edition. For him, the honor reinforced a belief that entrepreneurial passion translated into powerful design can inspire audiences everywhere.
Fine sees the future of work becoming more strategic, more human and more emotionally driven. While artificial intelligence can generate content quickly, he believes it cannot replace deep design thinking, emotional intelligence or the ability to uncover the authentic story behind a brand. That shift, in his view, only elevates agencies capable of intentional, purpose-rooted creative work.
Service and connection define much of his life beyond client work. Fine has contributed to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Buddy Walk, Little Smiles, Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence and more, while serving on his local township board as Communications Director and helping lead communications for the Titan Philadelphia Board. What he loves most is connecting people, opening doors and helping others find their next opportunity.
Belonging to the Titan 100 is something Fine carries with genuine pride, and by his own admission mentions constantly. The true power of the community, he says, lies in relationships that run far deeper than any quarterly event. These leaders have become his friends, his family and his team, generous with their time, perspective and encouragement.
The greatest leadership lesson of his year was that how we manage our time ultimately defines how we lead. Someone who instinctively says yes to everything, Fine learned to say yes more thoughtfully and to be fully present wherever he is, understanding that leadership is measured not by how many places you show up but by how completely you show up where it matters most.
